We’re happy to share that we ship to all U.S. states — including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories- so your cozy moments can find you wherever you are.

Flat Rate Shipping for U.S Domestic Connected

Standard - $7.00 + $3.50 for each additional item

Real-time USPS Shipping Rates are calculated for non-connected U.S. addresses, U.S. Territories

Shipping Policy:

Order fulfillment (printing and packaging) typically takes 2-3 business days before shipping.

Refund Policy:

We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Though we do not offer refunds or exchanges, we will promptly send a replacement if a product arrives damaged due to printing quality or packing/shipping issues.

Please contact us within seven (7) business days of your delivered mug.

Include your order number and attach a photo of the damaged mugs(s), including the shipping box.

We will reply with a pre-paid return label unless the damaged item is unavailable for replacement, in which case we will issue a store credit.

Once we receive your damaged item, we will promptly ship you a replacement.
